Jackie C.

Jackie found CrossFit in 2009, and was very de-conditioned and overweight after having had 3 beautiful children. She had always been interested in the world of fitness, but didn't care for ordinary gyms with the equipment & classes she'd never utilize. After her first CrossFit works; however, she immediately decided that in terms of fitness and exercise, CrossFit must be in her blood. She was determined at that point to become a CrossFit Coach. She then immersed herself in the CrossFit domain: working out regularly, learning as much as she could about it, and lost weight along the way. She lost 8" from her waist & dropped 40lbs!

Jackie currently is a Certified Level 1 CrossFit trainer, and is also CrossFit Kids Certified as well. She enjoys working with both adults and youngsters, and as a mother, wants her own kids to grow up doing CrossFit. The benefits & possibilities associated with it are amazine -- just imagine what the next generation will be able to accomplish with CrossFit!
