Getting Started
All new athletes are required to complete the Elements Course. This program consists of 6 one-hour personal training sessions
and one month of training. This method ensures that you have been trained on the fundamental movements as they pertain to County Line Fitness,
as well as providing an introduction to proper form, range of motion, scaling to ability, and intensity of CrossFit Training.
Because the Elements Course is 'one-on-one' instruction (or 'one-on-a-few' if you choose to train with a partner), the instruction is
always adjusted to your needs. The personal training sessions will be used to evaluate your ability and scale the workouts accordingly. Remember,
at County Line Fitness, it does not matter if you are a professional athlete, a stay at home mom, or injured/disabled, we will work with you to
develop you to the best of your ability!
If you are an experienced athlete or are experienced with CrossFit, your personal training sessions will be used to introduce you to our gym
and many of the fun apparatuses we use. Your ability and form will be analyzed, and your workouts will be scaled to challenge you.
